Five Steps to Acquire the Personality of a 'Winner for Life'
Introduction
When we say that someone has a "good personality" it is meant that you are charmed by that person and would like to be like him/her.
Success and happiness in life is an outcome of how well you can influence others. Ultimately, it is your demonstrated personality that will dictate whether people will be attracted towards you, or will shy away from you.
Therefore, considering that our projected persona is so vital, we need to understand as to what makes us impressive.

What Essentially is the True Recipe to be Impressive?
We usually associate good looks and appearance with being impressive; however, if we consider some of the most vibrant film stars who are the most sort after figures in the country, like Amitabh Bachan and Shahruk Khan, ar classically not good looking.
Then is it being highly brainy the factor that makes you impactful; in which case all technocrats and geeks would have been the most adorable.
Then is it being influential the reason for others to find you attractive; again, it is not necessary that all the rich and famous would find favour with the crowds.
Hence, to possess a magnetic personality, we neither need great looks, nor super brains or influence. So what is that X Factor that projects you as the real 'Charmer'….. The Knight in Shining Armour?
Five Steps to a Magnetic Personality
Step-1: Be Well Groomed
It implies that you must project a classy physical demeanour, which includes your turnout & bearing/posture, physical fitness, mannerism and the pride with which you carry yourself. You must stand out impressively in a crowd from the way you walk, talk and present yourself. You must at all times appear happy, alert, dynamic and full of positive energy.
Step-2: Be Well Informed and a Good Listener
Read a lot and cultivate new and varied interests, expand your horizon, so that you can effectively participate in conversations. Your conversation must be interesting and to the liking and interest of the audiences. Always give a considered opinion when interacting and do not be tentative in your replies. Simultaneously, be a keen listener so that you make others feel important and wanted.
Step-3: Be Sensitive and supportive of Other
Treat others with respect and dignity. Give them space and do not be rude or intrusive. When we show interest in others it wins their trust. Be humble and down to earth and encouraging in your attitude. Never belittle or make fun of others that may hurt their feelings.
Step 4: Be Witty and Humorous
Everyone likes to be with interesting and lively people, so endeavor to keep the environment around your happy and buoyant. Always be keen to meet new people, share experiences and demonstrate high energy level. When you can add fun and lightheartedness to an otherwise dull or gloomy setting, others will naturally be attracted to you, not to mention grateful.
Step 5: Have a Positive Outlook and Attitude
Your body language and mannerism must exude positivity. Smile warmly, spread good cheer, and enliven others with your presence. Always count on your blessings, look at the glass half full, rather than saying it is half empty. Do not be a person who finds faults in everything around, but be the person who wants to make the change for the better, by being the change.
