As a Trainer and Facilitator with extensive experience in leadership and team building, I hold a PGDM degree from Symbiosis, as well as a HDIT and a PGD in Environmental and Economic studies. I also have previous experience as a Member of the Services Selection Board. My expertise in psychology and competency-based evaluation interviews was honed during training at the Defense Institute of Psychological Research, DRDO. Over the past 30 years, I have conducted a variety of training and motivational programs focused on leadership and team building.

With a passion for leadership and personality development, I am the founder director of Olive Greens Institute, as well as a blogger on youth awareness. My educational qualifications include an M Com degree and a Diploma in Advanced Work Study. I have also received training in psychology with a special focus on competency-based evaluation through group dynamics at the Defense Institute of Psychological Research, DRDO, during my time as a Senior GTO at the Services Selection Board.
For over 30 years, I have conducted numerous corporate OBL training and motivational programs, emphasizing leadership and team building. In addition, I am a former Mr. Kerala and an accomplished health and fitness trainer.

Col DJS Chahal
Director & GTO
Ex GTO – 11 SSB. Allahabad.

Colonel DJS Chahal has served the Indian Army for 25 years, commanding an armoured regiment. After receiving training at the Defense Institute of Psychological Research (MOD), he was posted as GTO at SSB, Allahabad, where he served for 4 years. For the last 10 years, he has been the Director of Olive Greens Institute, training candidates in group dynamics. He specializes in memory management, emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ). Colonel Chahal has conducted numerous training and motivational programs on leadership and team building for both students and corporate clients.

Mrs Ravneet Chahal

I am a qualified trainer and facilitator for social studies, with an educational background that includes an MA and MPhil in Geography, as well as a BEd degree. I am an alumnus of Punjab University in Chandigarh.

Over the years, I have conducted various Personality Development and General Awareness programs. I am also part of a team that is responsible for preparing students for the NDA/CDSE written exam. Additionally, I have held numerous counseling programs for students, teachers, and corporates.

Mrs Nanu Singh
CEO & Psychologist

I am a professional with an MSc in Industrial Psychology and a PG Diploma in Psychometric Testing and Measurement Techniques. I am certified to conduct Assessment & Development Centre for Competency-Based Management, and I am an alumnus of Punjab University in Chandigarh.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I have also achieved excellence in sports, having served as the captain of the Chandigarh Women’s Cricket Team that played at the national level. I have also been publicly adjudged and honored as a best teacher.

Col Anup Parkash Singh Sidhu
Senior GTO

Colonel Anup Parkash Singh Sidhu has had a distinguished career in the Indian Army, serving for 33 years in various staff and command appointments. He has also served as the Senior GTO of 22 SSB Bhopal. Along with his military experience, he holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Colonel Sidhu has extensive experience in leadership roles and mentoring, making him an expert communicator with a hands-on approach to developing leadership skills. He is also a seasoned facilitator of all-around personality development. With his diverse experience and expertise, Colonel Sidhu is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and guidance to those seeking to improve their leadership and communication skills.

Col Bharpur Singh Dhillon

Ex S/ GTO – 18 SSB, 22 SSB, 20 SSB

I am a Trainer and Facilitator with a wealth of experience in leadership and team building. I am also a pilot with a professional license, which has given me a unique perspective on communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Prior to my training and facilitation work, I served as an Ex Group Testing Officer and Member of the Services Selection Board for a period of eight years, where I was trained at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research, DRDO in Psychology with a special focus on Competency-based Evaluation through Group Dynamics.

I also have experience working with the younger generation, having served with NCC for seven years and having had close interactions with students. Over the course of my career, I have held numerous training and motivational programs on leadership and team building for over 34 years. I am passionate about helping others develop the skills they need to succeed in both their personal and professional lives.

Brig H S Madan
IO
Ex- President 22 SSB.

Brig H S Madan is a highly decorated and experienced officer who served in the Indian Army for many years. He was commissioned into the 17th Bn THE JAT REGIMENT, where he eventually had the privilege of commanding the same unit. He also had the honor of fighting in the 1999 Kargil War during OP VIJAY.

Throughout his career, he held many significant roles, including commanding an Infantry Brigade at DHANA in Madhya Pradesh and serving as the Deputy GOC Infantry Division in Sikkim. He is a qualified interviewing officer, having completed a course at the Defense Institute of Psychological Research.

After completing the course, he worked as an Interviewing Officer at 14 SSB and was the President and Deputy President of 14 SSB for two years. During this time, he interviewed more than 2000 candidates and conducted screening tests for a large number of candidates. His vast experience in the Indian Army and as an interviewing officer make him an expert in evaluating candidates and identifying their strengths and weaknesses.

Col Yogesh Dewan

This individual is an alumnus of OTA and was commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery, where he served for 31 years in various appointments. He has also served as a GTO in 20 SSB, Bhopal, as well as a faculty member at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO in New Delhi for three years each. He holds double postgraduate degrees in History and Social Work and has extensive experience in selection, training, and development of leadership skills.

Col Hitesh Chopra

Colonel Hitesh Chopra has extensive experience of 37 years serving in various appointments in the Indian Army. He was trained at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (MOD) and later posted as a Psychologist at the 17 SSB, Bangalore. As an assessor, he has participated in the trials and transition to 2 Stage testing at SSB. He is a qualified trainer and facilitator with over a decade of experience in personality assessment and enhancement. He has conducted numerous workshops on personality development and leadership skills to groom youth and aspirants of the defense services.

Col P S Gill

Colonel P S Gill is a highly decorated officer who has served in various important roles during his illustrious career in the Indian Army. As the commanding officer of the prestigious 5th Battalion of the Brigade of Guards, he led his troops with distinction and was recognized for his outstanding contributions during Operation Prakaram and in the fight against insurgency in Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir. He has also served as Deputy President at the Selection Centre in Bhopal, where he helped assess and select some of the best candidates for the armed forces. After retiring from the army, he continued to serve as a trainer at the Mai Bhago Armed Forces Preparatory Institute for Girls, a government-established institute that prepares young women for a career in the armed forces. Currently, he serves as a mentor and motivator, sharing his vast knowledge and experience as a guest faculty member at Olive Greens Institute.

Hony Lt Vijay Kumar
General Manager & Hostel Warden

Hony Lt Vijay Kumar has served the Indian Army for 33 years. For sterling qualities of his HARDWORK, Hony Lt Vijay Kumar has been awarded with Commendation Cards twice, by the Army Commander, Southern Command and Director General, NSG, respectively. A trained Tester JCO from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research, DRDO (Ministry of Defence), who is responsible for coordinating the training and looking after the administration of this Prestigious Institute and its Hostel for last 11 years.

Ms Swinderjit Kaur

Ms Swinderjit Kaur, MA, BEd, Punjab University, has an extremely rich teaching experience of more than four decades. She is a wife of an Army Officer as well as mother of serving Army Officers and understands the nuances of Army life very well. She teaches history to NDA and CDS aspirants. She has been associated with this academy since 2015.

Manish Kalia

Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. He has been teaching Mathematics to NDA/ CDS aspirants for last 15 years. He is known for his unique teaching style and shortcut techniques. He has held numerous motivational programmes for School and College students. He has also been actively engaged in E-learning programmes and his programmes also appears on national TV.
