CPF Exam Coaching

The Assistant Commandant is a rank in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) of India, which includes the CRPF, CISF, ITBP, BSF, and other paramilitary forces. These forces are responsible for maintaining law and order, counter-insurgency operations, border security, and other duties as assigned by the central government. The Assistant Commandant is a mid-level officer who assists the higher-ranking officers in the day-to-day operations of the force, and is responsible for the training, supervision, and deployment of lower-ranking personnel. They play a vital role in the effective execution of tasks assigned to CPF battalions in various central duties and exigencies.

Tentative Schedule

(A) Schedule

(i) Notification of Examination : May

(ii) Conduct of Examination: October

(B) Age - limits: 20-25 years as on 1st August of the year of examination.

(Certain categories of persons including departmental candidates are eligible for age relaxation)

(C) Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. Candidates appearing in the degree exam are allowed to appear at the exam but are required to submit proof of passing along with the Detailed Application Forms which are to be submitted after qualifying the written test, medical standards test and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET)

(D) Both Males and Females are eligible for CISF and CRPF. For SSB, BSF and ITBP only Male candidates are eligible.
