

Women Special Entry Scheme (WSES)
In 1992, the Indian Army started training and inducting women for short service commission. Presently, women officers in the Army are granted permanent commission in two branches - education and law. Over 1200 Lady Cadets have already been commissioned into various Arms and Services of the Indian Army. Women who hold a graduate degree are eligible to join the forces. Olive Greens Institute provides a conducive environment for aspiring lady cadets to study, focus and prepare for a fulfilling career in the Indian Armed Forces. The institute has a proven track record of selecting and training women candidates.
WSES
Olive Greens Institute provides a supportive environment for aspiring women cadets to prepare for a career in the Indian Armed Forces. Women have been eligible to join the forces since 1992 for short service commission, and permanent commission is now granted in the education and law branches. Olive Greens has a strong track record of selecting women candidates for commission, and offers the services of a dedicated civilian lady psychologist to provide assistance and guidance to candidates as needed.
