Refund Policy

1. Candidates join Olive Greens Institute for various courses on their own accord and therefore a candidate who once has joined a course will not be permitted a refund, because he has utilised a vacancy on a course, which could have been utilised by another candidate. However, refunds may be permitted under Special Circumstances on case to case basis as mentioned in succeeding paras.

2. SSB Courses.

(a) Due to Natural Calamities/Injury resulting in withdrawal from the course. Refund will be permitted after deducting Registration Charges, Cost of books and amount due for the number of days attended on a pro rata basis.

(b) Withdrawal on account of lack of Apptitude/Exigencies of Service/any other reason.

1. Within 48 hours of Commencement of Course. Full fee refund after deducting Rs 3000/- and cost of books.
2. During 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th day of training. Refund will be permitted after deducting Rs 3000/-, Cost of books and amount due for the number of days attended on a pro rata basis.
3. On 6^th day. Charges applicable for one week {Rs 13,000/-} training will be deducted and balance refunded.
4. After one week. No refund.

3. However, the candidate will be allowed to join for SSB training at any future date {WITHIN ONE YEAR} without any charges for residual period, in which case no refund will be permitted. HOWEVER, CURICULUM WILL NOT BE ALTERED TO ACCOMODATE SUCH CANDIDATES.

4. NDA / CDS / AFCAT / ACC / CAPF Courses for Written Examination.

1. Due to Natural Calamities/In case of Sickness or Domestic Exigency like Death etc in the Family.  Full Fee refund after deducting  Rs 3000/- and cost of books. AND PRO RATA CHARGES FOR THE WEEKS ATTENDED/RUNNING.
2. In case of lack of Aptitude.

• 1. Within 48 hrs of commencement of course. Fee refund will be permitted after deducting  Rs 3000/- , and cost of books.
  2. Within first two week of the course. Refund may be made after deducting Rs 3000/- , cost of books and cost of training for two weeks.
  3. Between  three to four weeks. Refund may be made after deducting Rs 3000/- , cost of books and cost of training for four weeks.
  4. Between  five and six weeks. Refund may be made after deducting Rs 3000/- , cost of books and cost of training for six weeks.
  5. After six week. No refund will be permitted.

5. Online Courses

1. Fees paid for online courses, recorded videos, or digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided.
2. No refunds will be issued for partial usage, non-attendance, or change of mind.

6. HOSTEL

Staying in Hostel is not Compulsory, it is totally at the will of the CANDIDATE (s). Hence, the candidate who once has joined the HOSTEL for SSB/WRITTEN coaching will not be permitted refund except if the candidate is leaving the INSTITUTE for reasons mentioned in Para 1 to 3 above. In all such cases, details of fee to be charged, are as under :-

a. SSB.

1. Candidate leaving the Institute within first three days. – Fee for Half Week will be charged.
2. Candidate leaving the Institute within a week but after three days. – Fee for One Week will be charged.
3. Candidate leaving the Institute after one week but before three days of next week. Fee for One and Half Week will be charged.

b. NDA / CDS / AFCAT / ACC / CAPF Courses for Written Examination.

1. Candidate leaving the Institute within first three days. – Fee paid for One  Week will be charged.
2. Candidate leaving the Institute after one week but on any day of the second week. – Fee for Two Week will be charged.
3. For Remaining Week (s), procedure mentioned at Para 4 (b) (ii) above will be followed.

7. Maximum permissible Time for Check Out during the week. By 6.00 PM on Saturday.
